• An interactive two-day weekend workshop designed to help get you up and running with your business. The workshop includes workbooks and worksheets to plan for success and top tips from expert trainers. We run it at the weekend so that you can still sign up even if you're currently working (and spending your days dreaming of being your own boss)...
  

• A copy of the award-winning Start Your Business workbook (usual price £49.95) to use during the workshop and to take away with you afterwards. The workbook is expertly designed to keep you inspired and focused on your new business.

It's all very well taking part in a business start-up workshop, but in our experience the hard work continues when you get home. It's so easy to lose momentum, or to lose faith in yourself, so we've designed the programme to give you the best possible chance of success. Here's how:

• We offer individual coaching sessions* (for an extra fee) in which our expert business coaches are available to help you every step of the way (either face to face or by telephone)

• Your workshop fee also entitles you to one year's FREE membership of the Brighton & Hove Essential Business Club – with online resources, templates, top tips and full details of all the business support and networking agencies in Brighton & Hove. Julie and Lorraine know a lot about these agencies, having either worked with them directly, or having been members of them during their many years in business in the city.
  

The Essential Business Club is designed to keep you focused by helping you keep in touch with your workshop colleagues and encouraging you to start your networking by linking up with people from our other workshops. You won't be alone in your business!

*You can book individual coaching sessions with Lorraine. These cost £50 per hour for a face to face session and £35 per hour for a telephone session. Call Lorraine to book or to find out more. Alternatively, book individual sessions here.

The Small Print

We want you to feel completely confident about booking with us, however terms and conditions apply, so please read through them before booking:

Payment secures your booking. You will receive by email, within 72 hours, confirmation of your payment (including your receipt), any pdf materials included in your order, and information about your course and the venue. If you have not received these within 72 hours of booking, please contact us at info@essential-business.co.uk or call us on 01273 727282.

Cancellation and transfer

If you decide to cancel: Up to 14 days before the event: You may cancel your booking and are entitled to a full refund. Up to 7 days before the event: You can still cancel your booking, however only 50 per cent of the ticket price is refundable. Less than 7 days: No refund available. However, you are welcome to transfer to another workshop date.

If Essential Business has to cancel: It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Essential Business Limited to change the content and timing of the workshop, and/or the date or the venue. In the unlikely event that Essential Business Limited has to cancel any event, you will be offered an alternative date, or a full refund.
